Bucky kinda doesn't think of himself as a person right now, and is in complete denial about that whole thing where Steve told him his name, but he'll be getting more personhood and memories back with time. Right now he's not super chatty or really sociable, but I will be making an effort to give enough hooks for people to reply to, and get enough CR for him to start caring about, cuz he has a protective streak a mile wide that I absolutely want to play with.

On that note, if anybody wants to get some instant (if potentially annoying for your character) CR, there's a bunch of faceless Hydra mooks in his past both as field handlers and techs, and also targets, if anybody wants to have their character look a lot like someone from his past for him to latch onto.
