Who did it? Riku What'd they do? Built barricades, barred doors, movement of torches. Where'd it happen? Armory, inside the entrance. He bars the door when inside and set up barricades around the area leading to the door (inside the building) to slow intruders if they get through the door.
The barricades are basically polearms and spears and longer swords lashed to any sturdy frames he could assemble or find at the time. RIP anyone who blindly rushes inside. He set up similar barricades at the entrance to the second lower level, which is where he's keeping the dreamers he's collected.
Any torches around the Armory are moved inside the building.
