What a great question! The answer is easy, though perhaps unfortunately so—the green-eyed spirits already consider Daylight a friend. :) If he continues to get up to his usual Daylight stuff, he'll be able to naturally strengthen that bond over time.

To give you a bit more to go on: consider the green-eyed spirits' foray onto the network during the Enter Mr. Sandman event, as well as Daylight and Bucky's attempt to communicate with them. Befriending the green-eyeds is easy, but perhaps that depends on Daylight's definition of "friendship". Is a toxic relationship still a friendship? How much are you willing to excuse in a friend?
