How are memories experienced, exactly? a vision, the character is suddenly experiencing that event? It's just planted in their brain now? Just want to clarify.

Additionally, a lot of Matt's memories aren't visual. Would his memories be based in his "world on fire" or would they adjust to a more normal format?
