Yes, with a slight caveat. Previous dropped characters' lanterns, tablets, and other goods have always generally been retrievable and this remains true. However, because right now we are allowing people to rejoin through the end of May without an app if they were in ITN at the time of its closing, the lanterns of those characters generally should not be collected at this time unless you have heard directly from the players of these characters that they do not intend to bring those characters back any time in the next month.
