They have the potions that might help the green-eyes' hallucinations but have not been tested against a World Eater. The silo is the safest option for on-the-ground troops, and in the shared memory has been shown to be effective against a previous World Eater.
Also, if the silo-bombs fail, Weaver can then launch her drone from the station as a back-up plan.
