Hey there, everybody! My name is Melly and it's really exciting to see so many new faces in the game. I hope we have a fun time together. To give a quick rundown: My timezone is GMT +8 and I happen to have original characters in the game:

Daylight is from a sci-fi setting set in the 2100s, where the extraordinary is both the norm and the exception depending which part of the stars you're in. One of the key events of this universe is an intergalactic civil war that spanned for centuries and planets. He has strong ties to the war thanks to his parents and Lots of Plot Stuff going down in his background, but he's just trying his best to be a good person and help those he can along the way because somebody has to do it...!

Daylight is friendly, bubbly, and bright. Well- He's trying to be. After his death at the party and the realisation he lost the ability to see a colour, Daylight is feeling down but doing his best to hide that with good old gumption and cheer. It also helps there are a lot of new people here for him to help so he can focus less on his own issues. He'll be participating in the For Everything a Reason and Gather Up events but opt-out for the meteor shower since that'll only remind him of home and haha... he can't right now.

Aislin is from a world that can be best described as Lovecraft country: Great Old Ones knocking at the doors of a fragile world that's steeped in ignorance. Cults and survivors fighting over scraps of power/knowledge and against their very fates. Lots and lots of misery if you're in the wrong place and time. The latter happened to Aislin when she found herself unwillingly imbued with a connection to Xa'ligha, an Outer God who specialises in dissonant melodies and sounds.

She's quiet, secretive, and pretty much internally screaming. She somehow managed to survive last month's wild events so she's pretty happy with that...! She'll be participating in the For Everything a Reason event and have a little minilog during the meteor shower, but she'll be not fully participating in the Gather Up event. And! If you guys can take the time to fill in a quick list of questions regarding her powers, that'll be great. A link for the power permissions post can be found below!
