OOC INTRO: SEPTEMBER
welcome to in the night.
We're so glad to have you! Feel free to use this post to introduce yourselves to the rest of the game.
Not sure where to begin? Letting other players know your name, pronouns, who you play, and how to contact you is a good starting point. And, of course, shitposting with gifs and memes is always good too. Welcome aboard!

i hear exasperation is what good friendships are built on. i can't wait to learn more about scarlett and allie! (i just had a brainwave — is scarlett from that van helsing netflix show?)

She is, yes! If you're at all familiar with Z-Nation? It's a similar feel to that but with Vampires.
TMW I realise I play all the Netflix muses...

i know of z nation but i have not seen it. i remember watching the trailer for van helsing and never watching it after, but i'll have to check it out now. (i really loved the hugh jackman movie... if only kol had supermodel brides!) and if scarlett's going to be kol's bff for life… i should learn how he can really annoy her. :)

In all seriousness, Scarlett is that perfect (read: irritating) combination of antagonistic and apathetic. She'll pick a fight because she can then just stare and ask if they're done when the person inevitably loses their temper. (I'm so good at pitching how wonderful my characters are).
The series is meant to be based on the comics? Basically it's set a few years in the future of our earth where a volcanic eruption (Yellowstone) blanketed the skies in ash and Vampires, no longer hindered by the sun, took over. A little 'The Walking Dead' only lighter in tone.
