In my mind, or at least the way I have played them, Jason is like a more confident and assured version of Jaune. Like, he's got the same kind heart, giant dork persona but he never had that period in his life where he was belittled or bullied. It's also why I can never play them in the same game cause ultimately they are very similar people at their core.

What I'm saying is that I think Jason and Pyrrha are going to get along AMAZINGLY. And Jason can even spar with her which will be fun :D

And Maes just likes helping, and especially likes helping teens...obviously.
