AGE/BIRTHDAY: Age unknown because he was around before Earth Time was invented. But he's over 6000. Also no birthday, for the same reason.

WEIGHT: Soft in the middle but he's a little sensitive about it
GENDER: Technically none but he generally presents as male and uses masculine pronouns

HAIR: White-blond

VISION
Medium-sized, middle-aged looking man who appears like a librarian or your grandpa. Curly blond hair, has kept it in the same style of cloudlike curls for the last six thousand years. Wears a blue button-down and brown slacks with brown velvet waistcoat, beige Victorian overcoat, two-toned tan-and-brown oxfords, and a tartan bowtie with matching socks. Has worn variations of this outfit daily for the last two hundred years. Always has a manicure. Stands clutching his hands in front of him. Prim. Likes to wear the colors light blue and beige. Always at least 40 years out of style, but dresses fancy and carries himself like a member of high society.

SOUND
Smooth, old-fashioned posh London. Tends to ramble and have high-pitched drop-offs when nervous, but otherwise would be an excellent documentary narrator voice. Clip.

SCENT
He prefers a classic fougere cologne and has been trying to find one. Smells kind of like classic barbershop and/or your actual grandfather when he remembers to put some on. Otherwise he smells like aged paper and leather-bound books on top of well-worn bookshelves, with a wool blanket that's been dug out of the depths of your mom's linen closet, a neglected plate half-full of sweets, and just the faintest dusting of marshmallow.

MISC.
Sometimes he can be seen with large fluffy white wings that are based off of swan wings. They are usually in a disarray but Crowley has agreed to help groom them, so they've been mostly neat.

There are references to his true form, but no canon description, though it's widely accepted that he would appear to be a kaleidoscope eldritch abomination of eyes and wings that is sensory overload to human vision.
