WELL HI! I'm Mawi, I'll be playing your neighborhood Sora Kingdom Hearts. This Sora is a CRAU, but if you've played with a Sora in the past, the CRAU stuff shouldn't make too much of a difference! Unless you're a cast member in which case hi guys Sora's from New Jersey

If you'd like more info on where this Sora's coming from and what you can expect, his app is right here and the journal I used in his previous game is strikeraid. I have a profile in the works too! I should have that up as soon as I can figure out some interesting flavor text and actually draw all the stuff I've been meaning to get done since I got accepted haha

I'm looking to play out any cr with anyone, so if anyone wants a bouncy sort of post-high school pre-college dude with Real Life Consequences, hit me up! Definitely looking for pals, rivals, enemies, and acquaintances with weird vibes of all ages.

HELLO! I'm enjoying our TDM thread so far and I'm excited to have a Sora back in the game - especially because Rosi here is the one who has taken it on himself to track deaths and revivals (and late revivals/reappearances via ferry) as some sort of IC attempt to understand the odds of being revived in the church. He has a spreadsheet. I hate that I'm this dedicated to RP sometimes.

And lmao at "clown pirate man" - he's a Marine, so he'd rather be arresting pirates, but the harlequin makeup and general lack of uniform in his icons is from the undercover infiltration mission he was on in canon up until he died. He doesn't talk about that in Beacon but he's grown pretty fond of makeup in general as a perfectly normal means of creative self-expression and this is his usual look for Beacon these days, sometimes with variations - look. It's not important and I didn't mean to write a full paragraph but here we are, whoops.

Anyway hi, it's Gail, and currently I play this mind-fucked dude currently still in the process of learning how to be a person, and also a very old dragon-alien-shapeshifter guy named Stone. Both of them lean towards grumpy but good-hearted, but Bucky is more polite about it than Stone.

I am happy to plot! Bucky is friendly but leans towards shy and isn't great at talking, but extremely protective so if Sora is likely to get his ass in trouble, that's an easy in. Or if Sora just wants to chatter his ear off, he will be happy to listen and then make him dinner. He's big ole mother hen, okay.

Stone is, well, a dragon. Kind of, some of the time, when he's not in his human-ish old man form. Which tends to get people's attention. So that will make for a good in for CR, I imagine? :3

i love both options tbh and sora's definitely the type to throw himself headlong into danger! although there don't seem to be many life-threatening adventures planned for the month. maybe an exploration is in order? they can also chat abt earth stuff if bucky's down for that :D

I'm Erica. I play Maes Hughes (FMA + CRAU from a previous game) & Jason Grace (Camp Half-Blood Chronicles). In game Riku has compared/commented on the fact that Jason and Sora would probably get along pretty great and even with out that assessment I would have to agree. Maes has also met Sora before in the previous game he was in, though the interaction was brief if you'd rather that not be a thing...but I would guess given your own CRAU status it'd be okay ^^;

Hi Erica! I am SO down for CRAU shenanigans, please feed me! We did not have a Hughes back in STE unfortunately, but I think that Sora's pretty familiar with the idea of alternate realities now. It won't be the first time someone that he doesn't remember recognizes him, that's for sure. I'm up for anything you like, brotimes and all!

Maes is mostly the same background, the CRAU comes from the fact that after he died he was brought to this place called the Temple of Beginnings and asked to help a goddess fight the darkness in the multiverse. So he's restored to life, given the magical ability to teleport, and is promptly sent with various people to different worlds to solve a variety of problems (this group is called the Circle). He did this for a year before dying again and winding up here (best he can tell it's because the goddess lost her "connection" to him and he was always told if that happened he would die).

So, yeah, he made various friends in the last game and I opted for the CRAU version because of his magical power but also because during that year he mostly came to terms with having died in canon. So I didn't want to back track on that growth. He is still very much a dad to anyone that will let him and a good friend to anyone else. Maes is fairly comfortable with the idea of knowing people but them not knowing him, so it's an equal exchange there 8D

oh i like that! i pulled my sora instead of regular sora because of the same thing - he has a certain dynamic with others that i didn't want to lose! it's gotten a little more existential than i expected, but that's pretty par for the course for the kingdom hearts universe.

is it bad that where this sora came from he had two dad figures and would probably appreciate at least another eccentric uncle... this is what i desire, my friend

Hello Mawi! I'm Chase, and I play Midge Maisel from the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, who is a 1950s New York housewife turned stand up comedian. She's upbeat and bouncy as well, so I have a feeling these guys can definitely feed off of each other's high energy and stupidly optimistic attitudes! She tends to mom/worry over people in-game even if they don't necessarily want it, so there's that as an option.

Looking forward to tagging with you and also finishing kh3!

i've heard of the show but i've never played with a Mrs. Maisel before! i'm really excited about the prospect, sora's had way too many surrogate dads in his life - he needs some momming to be honest

i don't have any concrete plans, but if all else fails, i'll snag you if i see you and i invite you to do the same :)

the new england blood feuds run deep, I see do NOT worry, this jersey boy is about as sweet and kind as it gets! due to a series of crau related events, all of his new jersey evil is contained within a very bitter personality locked in the depths of his soul... but don't worry! he's sleeping and will definitely will not wake up ever :^)

is it a bad time to mention that i read the good omens novels religiously and its revival via drama has been a dream come true 8') it's a delight to be in the year 2020 and to be in the same game with an aziraphale and crowley, seriously

i don't blame you, the metaphysical stuff went from a mindnumbing but manageable 11/10 to something like eight times that. i've invested too much of myself into this so i genuinely enjoy even the stuff that doesn't make a lot of sense to me, but man, i don't blame anyone for taking one good look at all that and ollying right out... metaphysics aside, this franchise is a money-sink. :( this sora's going to be a little different from khii's sora, even without regards to the crau, but i promise this is the same bouncy kid who likes making friends with people!

it's a pleasure to meet you! i don't mind a bit of rudeness at all, it comes with the territory of busting in unannounced. i'm not familiar with carmilla or matt murdock except for vague outlines (vampire?? and daredevil??? that's what i got), but i'm looking forward to running into you in the game :)

i enjoyed the gameplay for the first couple of games but it sorta spiraled away from me, sadly... i don't do a lot of rpgs these days anymore and kh is like 18 games deep now it gets to be a point that you feel too far behind to try and keep up haha. i love seeing the bizarre shenanigans the games are up to through rp tho.

vampire and daredevil are accurate in both counts! she's cranky, he's catholic, and probably easier to get along with but still lowkey pretending he doesn't have superpowers! i promise you'll see both around, buggin ya boy.

oh good! this sora is a very bad catholic but it's mostly because his parents didn't really try except around christmas and easter :>b he knows enough of the basics to find common ground... hopefully! i'm excited to see what we do. thanks for the welcome!
