SPICY. I'm usually pretty flexible but when it comes to murder plots I proceed very cautiously.
Personal preference is I like there to be a compelling narrative if I'm offering up my character for potential death. If it's death at the hands of another player, there's a lot more to consider than my personal preferences.
Skyler and Riku have no prior interaction or CR, and Riku's last encounter with Sora was poignant and grief-focused. So I'm curious what is driving the murderous intent, is this due to things that happened between Skyler and a version of Riku back at STE?
Because of the collaborative nature of this kind of game and the lore specific to this game, we want to consider the matter of what happens after.
Riku has a lot of friends. A fair number are mutually Ride or Die, or lack a moral compass, or are themselves feral murderkids (I use the term "kid" extremely loosely). Engaging in a murder plot may result in a situation with a bunch of people trying to exact revenge or remove the threat. Sora also has friends who may or may not come to his defense. This could also result in mass in-fighting among the population which will almost assuredly result in a Reset.
I think no one would argue that this is indeed a way bigger deal than sinking the ferry LOL
A murder plot can be fun, but in a place where the victim can come back and point a finger at whodunit, but then nobody can do anything about it because it might result in a reset, ending the game, that sounds like something I'd rather take to a PSL/musebox where it won't risk troubling anyone else.
Overall there are a lot of things to consider before I give a blanket answer. There are situations where a character has made an attempt on Riku's life before, but we had a lengthy discussion about points like the above and were able to work it out in a way that was fun for both of us with a minimal impact on the game at large.
Edit: I just read Skyler's permissions post, homophobic/sexist content coming out of what looks to be older Sora is gonna be hard no for me, /sweats...
