I'm happy to bring you this adorable psycho, Villanelle from BBCs Killing Eve.



For the canon blind, she is a trained assassin for a shadowy organisation, who has a penchant for flamboyant murders and haute couture. She also has an obsessive, destructive love affair with the MI5 agent tasked with tracking her down. She's coming fresh from being stabbed by said object of affection and has conflicted feelings about that (well done Eve, you did murder! Not so well done, you murdered me).

She's going to be masquerading as a totally normal young woman, for as long as she can restrain her murder-y urges. Which probably won't be all that long... and then I would love to have gruesome kills and a manhunt and all that jazz.

If anyone wants to continue or decide whether to make canon the TDM threads, let me know :)

Hey, Zeb! I'm Wind, and I play Masaomi Kida here from Durarara!! He is a dumb teenage gang leader who is going to hit on her. I give Villanelle full permission to off him for it. Or do literally anything except think he's funny, really.

Welcome! :D This is such an interesting character to throw at Beacon, I'm super looking forward to seeing what happens! (Also happy to keep the Stone thread canon if you like! Though she'll be seeing him flying to and from the ferry with people/supplies too)

I also have like. Potentially fun-but-evil ideas for Villanelle and Bucky here that I almost hit up the TDM with but then got cowardly about. Are you interested in maybe plotting for some stuff with another assassin who was trained very differently and has some extremely weird hangups and interactions with other people? :3

Re Stone, yup I'm happy to keep that as canon, maybe we can just handwave she didn't twig that he's the same person as the dragon she saw previously or something. (Also can I just say I love that you're playing from Raksura, I fucking love those books!)

Re: Bucky + Villanelle assassin trauma times, OMG YES! I'm so game! You want to throw them together in the intro post for now and see what happens? I'm planning to head over there and tag about later today. I'm open to future plot ideas as well if you have specifics, just grab me on discord or wherever and let me know your evil fun ;)

OMG somebody knows my canon that almost never happens :D I have a couple friends who also play from it that I am vaguely trying to lure here. Because Raksura are amazing.

I actually kind of hate discord? It stresses me out, so if you're not up for plurk stuffs I will send you a PM on your journal! Yeah I got completely hooked on murderbot, and then I started devouring all her other works. She's one of the best SF/F writers IMO.

I just started Killing Eve so I'm super excited to see a Villanelle! I'm Chase, new too, and I play Midge Maisel, who is also a perfectly normal human. She's from the 50s and very into fashion, so haute couture meat haute couture?

If she needs a person to pretend to be absolutely normal with, Midge has got her and will probably try to stick with her since team unpowered has to stick together. Especially if she's masquerading! Come join her, she's got a 3 bedroom cabin and knows how to cook.

I am so up for haute couture buddies and totally normal fun times. Though... I'm planning to deprive Villanelle of fashion as much as poss since it will TRAUMATISE her ;)

(I'm canon blind to Maisel, but I do follow the fashion posts on Tom & Lorenzo and omg her costumes are killer!)

I just finished season 1 today so you're totally fine! It was so gripping I couldn't stop binging it, tbh.

Poor gal. Midge has a pretty big wardrobe courtesy of a million things she was carrying with as she died, so she got super lucky.

Ok enough capslock :) So re the TDM. How do you feel about making it a dream sequence memory? I like the idea of keeping it, and have both of them be ~ambigously suspicious~ of each other. But I don't want to ruin her whole 'normal person' disguise by having a murder from the get go.

Let's just start from scratch with them! Crowley could potentially sense that there's sin on her, if you'd like, which would make him instantly suspicious of her, and he's just a suspicious dude so she's welcome to be suspicious of him in general!

It's a great show, brilliant acting, darkly comic, highly recommended :) Looking forward to throwing her into the game, and when the murders come Peter can be 100% appalled!
