Quentin Coldwater AGE/BIRTHDAY: 26 HEIGHT: 5'7 WEIGHT: 148 lbs GENDER: male MARITAL STATUS: as close to married as you can get without being married HAIR: Brown EYES: Brown ORIGIN: New Jersey, Earth. Timeline-40 LANGUAGE: English. Knows a little Old High German, Latin, Gaulish, Arabic, Coptic, VISION Quentin looks unassuming. Harmless. With his shoulders hunched against an invisible wind and his hair in his face. Most of the time, Quentin looks a little sad - he doesn't have resting-b face, but resting sad-face. But when Quentin gets to talk about something he likes, something that interests him, he's very animated. He talks with his hands a lot, waving them about in conversation and using them to put emphasis on the important parts, or to show his confusion. He wears layers, and he does so badly. It's t-shirts and hoodies, or t-shirts with a shirt on top. All in dull, dark colors - black, dark greens, dark browns for the most part. His hair is too long to be called short, and too short to be raked behind his ears. It's that awkward length between short and long. He's got a tattoo between his shoulder blades of a cursive Q. The tattoo used to house a Cacodemon, and for a brief time, it was used as a trap for his Niffin ex-girlfriend. Who lived under his skin. Yes, that was a thing that hapenned. SOUND There's always a lot of emotion in Quentin's voice, no matter what he's talking about. He feels a lot, and that shows when he's talking to people. It could be nervousness, or excitement. Happiness or annoyance, but whatever it is, there's always a lot of it coloring his voice. Quentin has a pretty neutral American accent, despite growing up in Jersey. He has this thing? Where most of what he says comes out sounding like a question? His voice lilts up at the end, and it's more pronounced with people he doesn't know. He makes sounds, like pauses, when he talks - uh, uhm, oh. And again, as with his weird questions, it's worse when he doesn't know people or if he's feeling nervous. Quentin talks here, being weird with Alice. SCENT Axe bodyspray and a desperate need to prove himself? Quentin frequently smells like books and the sweat scent from ballpoint pens. He showers when he remembers, or when Eliot gently nudges him to. He's not dirty, but also he doesn't shower all the time. He doesn't wear aftershave or scents, so he probably just smells like skin. MISC. Quentin is generally just weird. Awkward. And he really likes Taylor Swift

ELEKTRA NATCHIOS AGE/BIRTHDAY: thirties? it's never really established and neither is her birthday oops. elodie's birthday is feb 22 though and that seems as good a birthday as any (although elektra is definitely not a pieces, she's more of a calculated aries). HEIGHT: 5'4 WEIGHT: she's tiny and fairly lithe but also very leanly muscular meaning i have no idea GENDER: female MARITAL STATUS: taken HAIR: black EYES: brown ORIGIN: earth, cambodia, greece, usa LANGUAGE: english, french, spanish, cambodian. VISION elektra is a tiny but powerful figure; she doesn't necessarily carry herself as if she's bigger than she is but she does strike an impression that's meant to intimidate and impress. depending on who she's interacting with the whole 'i know at least five ways to murder you' vibe may be turned down a bit. her hair is often worn down and is often straight or has a slight wave; while in combat she'll tie it back into a high ponytail. (it's probably gotten pretty long at this point, just as a side note.) the battle armor she was killed in hasn't been worn often since her arrival but she does keep it in good condition in case she needs it again (she has donned the undershirt with the turtleneck a few notable times). for casual wear she prefers well made, well fitting clothing in darker colors (she prefers red and black but there's an occasional gray, olive green, or white mixed in); she will often wear leggings and a sports bra with a sweater thrown over it and boots, but now that it's colder a few more layers in the form of coats and scarves have been added to the mix. her nails are always painted (usually black, occasionally red) and her make up is kept mostly natural except for her eyes, which are enhanced with black eyeliner and mascara. she'll occasionally put on a red lip. she doesn't really wear jewelry except for stud earrings or when she's playing a role, and there's a lot of scars marking her arms, legs, and torso, one at the back/side of her neck, and three on her torso - one from a poisoned blade and two from her own sai (no one in beacon has seen those last three except for matt). SOUND elektra's voice is on the lower side of medium-pitched and she speaks with an accent that's described as 'estuary english' according to reddit (south east of england and from an upper middle class or upper class up bringing) while speaking normally. she'll often speak quickly with an off-color word or phrase slipped in to throw people off and her tone is often authoritative, meant to convey that she knows who she's talking to and what she's talking about. when angry her tone will become harsher and softer or louder, depending on who she's fighting or angry with; when sad it will become very soft. (clip!) SCENT a faint scent of jasmine, orchid, sandalwood, smoke, and occasionally blood and sweat. also a bit like earth and like matt these days (scandalous!). MISC. elektra isn't the most social creature in the world in spite of liking to keep her eye on things, you may occasionally spot her on the fringes of the crowd in meetings or social situations. she'll also spend a lot of time at the gym (usually with matt, sometimes on her own) and occasionally has bruises that she won't explain and probably doesn't even notice, honestly.

Kuai Liang AGE/BIRTHDAY: 45 HEIGHT: 6'0" (He's the shortest male character in all of MK tho) WEIGHT: 200ish GENDER: Male MARITAL STATUS: Honorary Shirai Ryu HAIR: Black EYES: Brown ORIGIN: Manchuria, China (Heilongjiang) LANGUAGE: Mandarin, English VISION Tall, imposing, always has impeccable posture. His fighting stance makes him seem shorter than he is because he's kind of in a squat, but his upper body is always ramrod straight. Pretty dramatic scar down his right eye. He's been wearing his blue headband most of the time while here, but he does have a little leather hat with tails down the back. There's 12 daggers on his outfit (try and find them all!). Let's be real here, he's dressed like a leather and metal ninja. SOUND A guttural voice that seems almost impossibly deep. His voice echoes a bit, as if his insides are ice and it's rattling around in there: Listen here. And watch him use an old timey telescope instead of any of the technology at his disposal to scope out this factory. SCENT Icy. Snow. He smells tangibly cold. He's also cold to the touch if anyone has reason to touch him. MISC. He lost his ear during the invasion when it got eaten off by bugs. Also he's currently blue from asking a question of the question machine, but he's actually been blue before so he's not even mad.

Bodhi Rook AGE/BIRTHDAY: 25, with a birthday on some kind of space calendar he hasn't bothered to worry about converting HEIGHT: 5'8" WEIGHT: bony and compact GENDER: male MARITAL STATUS: 1000% single HAIR: black EYES: brown (and enormous) ORIGIN: NiJedha, the sacred city on the moon of Jedha in orbit around the planet NaJedha in the Jedha system of the Terrabe Sector in the Midrim--Space. He's from space. LANGUAGE: Galactic basic standard, but like most Star Wars characters he seems to be able to fluently understand any alien language spoken to him and know basic binary VISION Nature made him small. He makes himself invisible. Really, he's only a bit on the short side, but the carefully guarded posture and slouch make it easy for the eye to pass right over him. He chooses clothes to be loose, anonymous, and neutral colored, and hiding in a hood comes naturally. The only unique touch is the pair of old machinist's goggles that he seems to wear more like a headband than anything else. He is a little vain about his hair, a secret guilty pleasure, and keeps the undercut and beard neat, but the ponytail is always falling out or getting pulled crooked in the course of the day. He has a powerful field of clumsy entropy, and everything about him tends to wind up untidy and shabby. He actually has a rather striking face if you look, with enormous eyes and strong, sharp features. But you have to look on purpose. He can't imagine why anyone would want to look at him. He certainly wouldn't. SOUND Bodhi has a fake, imperfect Imperial (read, English) accent that he adopted at school and never lost. He has a very noticeable stammer, but it's rooted in anxiety, not any sort of speech pathology, and mostly comes down to increasingly odd pacing, a lot of filler, and repeated phrases, ramping up the more nervous (or pissed off) he is. SCENT Soap. Despite his general air of raggedy disreputability, he doesn't care for actual dirt. MISC. Bodhi is very touch-phobic and tends to guard his perimeter a little obsessively. Don't take it personally. He acts like everybody's likely to suddenly decide to eat him.
