welcome to in the night.

We're so glad to have you! Feel free to use this post to introduce yourselves to the rest of the game. If you've already posted an OOC intro in this comm, feel free to repost/link it here if you like! We'll be doing a mod-posted OOC intro like this for future app rounds, as well.

If you haven't heard back about your app yet, don't worry! We're hard at work processing the remaining apps, and we'll have all acceptance notices/questions out by tomorrow morning. We also won't be posting the IC intro log until all acceptance notices have been sent out. For more info on all this, you can check out our mod plurk about it.

Not sure where to begin? Letting other players know your name, pronouns, who you play, and how to contact you is a good starting point. And, of course, shitposting with gifs and memes is always good too. Welcome aboard!

not pictured: everyone's actual sad af deaths

hey there folks. my name is anya (2???) and i'm flying in with this really sad robot kara from detroit: become human. she's from a earth future where androids are commonplace among every day life expect things start to get messy when they start going "deviant" aka start to break their programming. kara breaks her own programming in order to save and protect a little girl from her father, a man she ends up shooting and killing. oops. things just go down hill from here.

i'll have her flowchart of decisions up on her info page soon but kara basically comes from the worst ending possible in the game aka everyone is dead and the revolution is violent. right before she arrived here, her adopted daughter even died in her arms so fun times for everyone. needless to say, she's going to be on the overwhelmed, depressed side of things for awhile.

although i didn't app her, i was also cassie cage on the tdm! everyone is also welcomed to add me on plurk at kaldwin!

five over here was actually raised partially by a robot (who he calls his...mom....) so i'd be interested to see how they hit it off!

kara, too, is actually a class of android designed for helping care for children/household but we see how well that goessss but yeah, i'm definitely interested in how things will go too :)

as terrible as it sounds, she's used to mean people more than nice ones in this canon point!! she sort of just rolls with it at this point because she's pretty convinced that humans are just mean and that's that sob

I didn't get a chance to tag her on the test drive but I absolutely love Kara (and used to play Marcus, hello!) and I'm excited to see her. I would love to get some CR between these two, Gene will be amazed by ROBOT THINGS!!! because he's from 1945 but he will also treat her very well and respectfully c:

Aaaaahhhh, I was a bit swamped by the time I saw Kara but I love her so much and will be keeping an eye out for her on the intro log! And am super interested in that flowchart. :3
